GENERAL REGULATIONS HOME VIP

​

  • The house and its contents must be treated with care and respect, do not remove anything from it as they will be responsible for the damage and/or theft caused.

​

  • If any damage is caused  for non-compliance with these rules will be  charged to the card number that is provided in bail mode.

​

  • Under no circumstances will more people than those established be allowed, this being a reason to end your stay early.

​

  • Annoying and dangerous activities may not be carried out, this being a reason to terminate your stay in advance.

​

  • Noises or disturbances cannot be made after 12 o'clock at night, to avoid inconvenience to other neighbors. ​

​

    • The distribution of the furniture in any room cannot be modified.

    ​

    • will find a  Basic emergency kit, available in the laundry room closet.

    ​

    • We have claim forms at your disposal.

    ​

    • We have several fire extinguishers (one in the garden toilet and another in the laundry room), the house has a fire warning system, which detects any presence of smoke in the kitchen and another in the fireplace room, if any sensor If smoke is detected, the alarm in the house will go off. If the alarm goes off by chance, it will go off by itself after 3 minutes.

    ​

    • CHECK-IN: The entrance to Home VIP can be done from 12:00 onwards, never before.  

    ​

    • They will be able to access at that time through a 4-digit code that is located at the main door, this code will be sent privately to your mobile phone, this code is only valid on the days of your accommodation.

    ​

    • Guest registration, for this we have an application (chekin) that will allow us to register guests in record time, all managed and controlled by this application, without paperwork and totally safe for everyone. The link to register will be sent to your email or mobile phone 72 hours before your arrival, it is essential to fill it out as soon as possible to avoid delays at the entrance of the accommodation, if we do not have the registration of all the guests, we will not we can give the access code (mandatory for people over 14 years old).

     

    • We will send you an email 48h. before arrival where you can also see tourist and gastronomic information about the area, as well as information on how to get there and information of your interest before and during your stay. All this available on our website www.homevip.es

    • If you do not show up on the day of your arrival until 00:00, we will understand that you have lost the reservation and it is not claimable under any circumstances.

    ​

    • CHECK-OUT: Home VIP check-out can be done until 4:00 p.m.

     

     

    Regulations during your stay

    ​

    • Chimney : The chimney is operational from November 1st to April 31st. Upon arrival, you will have the firewood under the stairs that give access to the house. It is TOTALLY FORBIDDEN TO COOK inside the fireplace.

    ​

    • Barbecue : If you want to use the barbecue (it works with butane/propane GAS) we recommend placing it in the middle of the patio, where there is a drain, it is an easy-to-handle barbecue with wheels. It is totally FORBIDDEN to place it on the lawn as it can cause aesthetic damage. An economic sanction will be applied if the rule is not met.

    ​

    • Pools : The pool is only available in the summer season from June 1 to September 30. To guarantee the rest of the neighbors, the pool cannot be used between the hours of 00:00 and 08:00.

    ​

    • Breakfast: Breakfast is included only on the first day. It will be available in the house itself, they will find it the day of your arrival (in the kitchen), so that you can have breakfast the next day at the time you want.

    ​

    • Cleaning service: We do NOT offer daily cleaning or change of towels and sheets, if the stay is more than 3 days you will be provided with clean sheets and towels that you can find in the dressing room. Remind our guests that we also have our own laundry, FREE with a 10Kg large load washer and dryer.

    ​

    • Animals : For hygiene, PETS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. If the presence of a pet is detected in Home VIP, their stay will be terminated early and guests will be sanctioned with an amount of €500 for cleaning and disinfection that will be charged to their card.

    ​

    • Smoking is totally prohibited inside the house and in the garden lounge/kitchen, according to Law 28/2005, of December 26 (BOE of December 27). Smoking is allowed outside except in the lawn area, which is also totally prohibited. We have ashtrays in the patio for the use of smokers. Being these reasons to terminate your stay early and guests will be sanctioned with an amount of € 500 for cleaning walls and textiles.

    • Parking : We do NOT have parking spaces, but up to 2 vehicles can be parked at the Home VIP door, respecting the DGT regulations (not putting the vehicle on the sidewalk, it can lead to a penalty by the police), also on streets of the block is easy parking.

    ​​

    • Equipment : Home VIP have bed linen, bath and hand towels, bathroom mat, toilet paper, cleaning kit, gel/shampoo with dispenser, In the kitchen they will have oil, vinegar and salt and for cleaning, cloths, soap and tablets for the dishwasher. In the garden they will have a gas barbecue and paella.

    ​

    • Open Concept Room : (our room without a door), because it is open to the living room (so as not to lose detail of the views from the bed to the living room), we have prepared a screen system which divides the room from the living room and thus provides greater privacy. , in turn we offer you a "sweet dreams" kit equipped with a mask and hypoallergenic earplugs which guarantee a deep sleep.

    • IMPORTANT : Well, we remind our guests that in the patio there is a well which is covered and closed for your safety, you can see a sign where the danger is warned, above all we want to make it clear and well marked for your safety, UNDER NO CONCEPT you can stand up on it, it can have serious consequences (if you travel with children, their safety is your obligation)

    ​

    • Sounds from outside : Our house is located in an area traveled by many people at the end of the day, since only 50 meters away is the largest supermarket in the region (CONSUM), there is also the busiest crossroads in town, we have taken the pertinent soundproofing measures, windows with climalit 6+3+6 air chamber, double walls with thermal insulation chamber and hermetically sealed windows, even so it is our duty to inform that on weekdays the sound of traffic is inevitable, weekends weekdays and especially the nights are very quiet and you can hardly hear anything, with sound level meter measurements it does not reach  at 33db.

    Cancellation policy

    ​

    • At the time of making the reservation you will have to pay 100% of the stay through our payment system (remember that you can pay in 3 easy installments without interest). 100% of your reservation will be refunded as long as it is within 14 days of the date of entry. If the cancellation is made after 14 days of entering the accommodation, you can only choose new dates of stay and modify the reservation, having up to 1 year to do so. If the reservation is canceled due to Covid-19, it can be canceled up to 24 hours. before entering the accommodation, you will have the option to choose other dates for 1 year to do so, you will have to notify 641 987 005 or through info@homevip.es, indicating the reservation holder, reservation number and dates of the new stay if you have them.

    ​

    • If you cancel a reservation already paid before 14 days before entry, you must send an email to info@homevip.es, including the reservation number, as well as an account number of the owner of the same to proceed with the refund through bank transfer, which will be effective within a maximum period of 10 days from its cancellation.

    HOME VIP reserves the right to admit or cancel the reservation if this is not respected.

    HOME VIP will have no problem sending you any object that you have forgotten in the accommodation by cash on delivery.
