WINE TOURISM, WINE TOURISM IS IN FASHION

WINE TOURISM

Spain is a country with a wine tradition and for this reason we must maximize our wines. Wine tourism is the ideal way to enjoy wine, it is a different style of tourism than what we are used to. It consists of traveling to places where we can visit the best wineries, get to know their vineyards and what is better, taste their wines, such as the vineyards of the La Manchuela area in particular:

  • Casas Ibáñez vineyards and Vega Tolosa winery.

  • In Las Eras Alcalá del Júcar vineyards and Pelayo winery

  • In Fuentealbilla vineyards and winery Andrés Iniesta (the football player)

ROUTE

Oenologist visit for only €10 lasting approximately 2 hours which includes:

  • A video projection of crops and winemaking

  • A guided tour of the winery (bottling plants, fermentation tanks and barrel cellar)

  • Plus an exciting wine tasting.

The best of all is that to enjoy the exciting wine tasting of our region it is not necessary to have knowledge of the wine culture, you just have to come to visit the wineries and let yourself be carried away by an expert sommelier in a professional tasting room. The sommelier will reveal the secrets of the most precious wines through the five senses

In a fun and educational way you will be able to visually distinguish whether a wine is young or aged, you will also test your sense of smell with a game of wine aromas and most importantly you will have a great time in a distinguished environment.

Let yourself be surprised and come visit these wineries in La Manchuela and don't let them tell you about it!

The experience is worth it

WE INVITE YOU TO A UNIQUE EXPERIENCE IN THE REGION

Located in Casas Ibáñez (Albacete), this unique family winery has old ecological Bobal vineyards, cultivated in the transition zone to the Cabriel Valley.

Manchuela Denomination of Origin Wine: Payments from the Vega Tolosa Family.

The Vega Tolosa project began in 1998, based on the philosophy of adapting the resources provided by the previous generation.

In this way, the old Bobal vineyards and their cultivation methods have been preserved to create a quality organic wine.

WINERY OF THE PELAYO GRAPE

Currently, the La Cepa de Pelayo winery takes up the idea of going back to the primary, to the primordial, to manual work and to what is really important for wine.

Taking advantage of the knowledge and legacy of our previous generations, with vines around 50 years old, the result that we can offer our clients are excellent wines of very high quality, which is the main objective of our project.

Wine is our passion and we have dedicated a lifetime of love to it to obtain what you are seeing.

ANDRES INIESTA WINERIES

Bodega Andrés Iniesta is the culmination of a dream, that of the Iniesta-Luján family, who many years ago believed in  that one day, he could get to make his own wines. The family roots are linked to Fuentealbilla, this land  of wine-growing tradition in the heart of La Manchuela, where the family winery is located and the vineyards that give life to its wines grow. The land where Andrés Iniesta was born has excellent conditions for growing  the vine and is framed within the Denomination of Origin Manchuela
